Check midweek availabilitySpace to stay and gather
Ten bedrooms provide up to 22 sleeping places. There are fourteen separate beds: eight doubles and six singles. Up to ten people can each have a bedroom, or fourteen can each have their own bed with some room sharing. Not every bedroom is ensuite. We will help you agree a suitable allocation.
Flexible spaces for your programme
Use the function room, lounges and dining spaces for your agreed programme. There are three indoor dining areas and a covered outdoor dining area. Tell us about your sessions, equipment and access needs so we can check the layout together. Wi-Fi, TV screens and portable sound equipment are available; we will confirm the connections needed for your devices.

Catering recommendations for your group

We can recommend independent caterers to help you plan meals for your stay. You agree menus, dietary requirements, service, prices and timings with your chosen caterer, and book and pay them directly. Catering is additional to the venue price and subject to the provider’s availability. You can also use the three kitchens for self-catering.
Space to unwind and connect

Between sessions, spend time together in the private bar and games room with its pool table, or enjoy the hot-tub courtyard, barbecue and outdoor dining area. The gardens offer space for walks and quiet time, and our resident animals include donkeys, alpacas, llamas and ducks. We confirm the guest grounds and any garden open-day arrangements for your dates.
Optional experiences
Your programme could include water activities on Lough Erne, guided nature walks, creative workshops or sessions with independent wellness facilitators. Tell us what you have in mind and we can discuss provider suggestions where available. Your organiser checks availability, books and pays providers directly, and agrees the practical arrangements with us. Activities and facilitation are additional to the venue stay.

Questions organisers often ask
What does a midweek stay cost?
Two nights cost £2,200, three nights £2,800 and four nights £3,400 for the whole-house venue stay. These are the final venue totals, including compulsory venue charges. The price does not change with guest numbers within capacity and a suitable room allocation.
What is included and what costs extra?
Your quotation confirms accommodation, venue spaces, agreed setup, preparation, welcome and routine departure cleaning. Your organiser arranges and pays separately for meals, facilitation, activities and travel.
Can you recommend caterers?
Yes. We can recommend independent caterers. You agree menus, dietary requirements, prices and service directly with your chosen provider, and book and pay them separately. Availability must be checked for your dates. Self-catering is also possible.
How many people can have their own room or bed?
Ten people can each have a bedroom. Fourteen can each have a separate bed with some room sharing. Up to 22 can stay using the full configuration, which includes sharing double beds. We agree the allocation for each group.
Which nights count as midweek?
Monday to Thursday overnight nights. A four-night stay arrives Monday from 3 pm and departs Friday by 11 am. Stays overlapping weekend nights are quoted individually.
What should we include in our enquiry?
Send your preferred dates, number of nights, overnight numbers and room or bed requirements. Include equipment, access, facilitator or day-visitor needs, and whether caterer recommendations would help. You book the whole-house stay; your organiser manages the programme and participants.
Tell us your preferred dates, number of nights, overnight numbers and whether guests need private bedrooms or separate beds. Let us know if caterer recommendations would help.
