Lavender Manor – House Rules

We’re delighted to welcome you to Lavender Manor. To ensure every guest has a wonderful stay, please take a moment to review our house rules:

1. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: From 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM
To help us prepare and ensure a smooth arrival, please provide an accurate estimated time of arrival. This allows our hosts to welcome you personally, show you around, and avoid waiting around unnecessarily.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available by prior arrangement only.

2. Guest Numbers & Visitors

Only guests listed on the booking may stay overnight.
No additional overnight guests without prior approval.
Day visitors are welcome with prior notice, but large gatherings or parties must be pre-approved.

3. Events & Noise

Lavender Manor is a peaceful countryside retreat. Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM.
Events such as weddings, parties, or second-day celebrations must be agreed in advance and are subject to separate terms and pricing.
Music must be turned off in outdoor areas by 11:00 PM.

4. Smoking and Vaping

Strictly no smoking or vaping indoors.
You may smoke or vape outside — please use the ashtrays provided.
No open flames or candles indoors due to fire safety regulations.

5. Pets

Sorry, no pets allowed — our resident animals are very friendly but not always pet-compatible.

6. Security & Property Care

Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Report any breakages or maintenance issues as soon as possible.
Furniture should not be moved between rooms or outdoors.
Only use the hot tub as instructed — replace cover after use.
Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the pond, stream, play area, and hot tub.

7. Cleaning & Rubbish

Please leave the property tidy. We do not expect deep cleaning, but excessive mess may result in additional charges.
Separate bins are provided for recycling and general waste — please use them accordingly.

8. Security Deposit

A refundable £400 deposit (or £800 for event bookings) is required. This will be returned within 7 days of checkout, provided no damage or excessive cleaning is required.

9. Strictly Prohibited

Fireworks
Glitter or party poppers indoors or in gardens
Only biodegradable confetti is allowed — please avoid plastic or foil varieties

10. Security Cameras

For the safety and security of our property and guests, four security cameras are in operation at Lavender Manor. These are located at the front of the property and in the courtyard. There are no cameras in any private guest areas.

By staying at Lavender Manor, you agree to these house rules. They're in place to protect our beautiful home and ensure every guest has a memorable, relaxing experience.
