The house and the grounds are absolutely stunning — it honestly felt like stepping into a storybook. What made it even more special were the people behind it all. Vera, Peter, and Noel were incredible from start to finish. Vera created the most beautiful flowers, all grown in her own garden, which made them feel so personal and unique. Peter cooked the most amazing food — every course was perfect, and our guests are still talking about it months later! And Noel was just brilliant — always there when we needed him, helping with anything and everything, and doing it all with a smile. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Every little detail was taken care of, and they made the whole three days feel effortless. We had over 70 guests, and somehow it still felt relaxed and spacious. Lavender Manor isn’t just a venue — it’s a place run by people who genuinely care about making your wedding day perfect. We’ll never forget what they did for us and how special they made it. Thank you! Lavender Manor is simply stunning: a beautiful modern manor house, tastefully decorated with gorgeous furnishings and with abundant passion and care to create high-quality country house chic. We loved the fabulous entertainment space, the brilliant bar and games room and the magnificent gardens, complete with ducks and llamas. We enjoyed all of the facilities, from the well-appointed kitchens, to the hot tub, pool table and karaoke machine. There's even an excellent mesh wi-fi set up. The bedrooms are really spacious and very comfortable, our only regret is that because we were enjoying all the other facilities so much, we didn’t spend enough time in them! A million thanks to Vera at Lavender Manor, who was always helpful and responsive to our questions as we planned our stay. Our family had the best time making special memories in your beautiful manor. We can’t wait to return, even if we don’t have anything to celebrate. No words can describe how wonderful it was! The manor has everything you need and more. Vera is an amazing host that helped us make everything right. Our guests were so impressed with the venue, the gardens and the alpacas! It is so beautifully designed and decorated, and you feel yourself at home, because it's so cosy. We had so much fun and we are so grateful to Lavender Manor for making our dream wedding come true. Would love to be back one day!Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Posted on Lionel SanchoFantastic place Our son's wedding was there. A beautiful quiet place in the countryside, picturesque setting, only the local animals and wildlife about. The Manor is well designed with plenty of ensuite rooms,2x family rooms, great kitchen and lounge room as well as a dining room for 20. In another area is the games room, bar area and hot tub. You don't need to leave the area. There is plenty to do . Also beautiful gardens worth exploring, for all ages. Definitely worth a visit for 16+ people, for at least 2days . Hope to be back😄🪻🪻🪻Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Posted on James DixonI don't know if I can put into words how fabulous my stay in lavender Manor was, but I will try. From the initial booking, to the stay itself and aftercare we received from Vera the owner was exceptional. All our tiny requests were granted, our stay was comfortable, above par in cleanliness and after when we left items behind, all returned via royal mail. I booked this venue for my 40th birthday, small group of family and friends. Age ranging from small kids right through to my 80+ grandmother, we all had the most amazing time together. The games room was our main place of residence throughout the stay with outdoor sheltered seating, BBQ and hottub. A large dinning room catered for our big meals together, multiple kitchens to prepare food, just perfect, we ordered a Tesco shop to be delivered on arrival and that was so handy, rather than everyone bringing their own stuff. He pulled up and we unloaded it straight into the kitchen. We were all awfully sad when it was time to leave, could of stayed for another week easily. I cannot recommend Lavender Manor highly enough, if your pondering the idea, then its a must book, I promise you will not regret it!!Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Posted on Lindsay MFantastic venue for a big group holiday. We filled every bedroom but still didn’t feel on top of each other, or even use all the communal spaces! There are gorgeous gardens and a beautiful pond onsite, plus a little wooded area and back gardens to play in and explore. We loved the annex with a bar, outdoor seating area and BBQ + hot tub. It was perfect for a big family event as we could separate into different living areas and use the different kitchens for kids meal times or a little party without disrupting anyone looking for a bit of peace in the cozy living room. The bedrooms were all really comfortable and each bathroom was well stocked with lavender soaps and towels. Thank you to Vera, who was a great host, she greeted us on arrival and then left us to enjoy her home but was always just a text away if needed.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Posted on Christine EWe stayed as a group of 18 and had the most wonderful time here. The house was perfect, everything thought of, so many great little details, such a beautiful home with idyllic surroundings and lovely gardens. It felt like our home away from home. The 8 kids loved the garden and woodland wall, the adults loved the hot tub, bar and outdoor seating. The beds were comfortable and there was ample space. The host had thought of everything and was very responsive to any queries whilst we were there. A huge thank you, we’d love to come back.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
